Our products are stocked and ready to ship during the US winter season (October - March). Orders will usually ship the same business day! We offer UPS ground, 3-day, 2-day, and next-day shipping services as well!

We stand by our products and are here to help. We offer a 2-year warranty (under normal use) on all of our snowmaking products. Any issues after that? We offer free repairs, so you'll just cover the shipping and parts cost.
We understand plans change. We offer a standard 30-day return policy on all products and 10% restock fee. If snow guns are used, we do charge a re-testing fee to ensure quality for other customers.
